Key Responsibilities
- Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation (Suspect > Prospect > Live Account)
- Regular contact and engagement of prospects to identify and progress business opportunities to quotation/proposal stage ( Develop new Live Account)
- Preparation of professional sales quotations/proposals depending on the size of opportunity with appropriate technical/commercial depth and compelling and persuasive arguments to purchase from a client
- Manage the commercial interface of the customer's decision-making team to apply maximum persuasiveness to convert the maximum number of quotations possible into orders
- Adopt companys key business culture and behaviour
- Involvement in the resolution of any account issues or problems. Act as the account facilitator to resolve issues in an efficient and cost-effective way

- Initiate An Open Vacancy
- Develop Job Spec & Selection Criteria
- Obtain Cost Approval
- Establish Recruitment Strategies
- Perform CV Collection
- Candidates shortlisting
- Collect Q1 Information
- Establish recruitment: Final selection and employment
- Handles induction, monthly Payroll and termination
- Handles Scope Verification: Pre SV, payment processing, Post Mortem Review
Skills & Experiences
- Diploma or above in Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent
- 5 years of experience as Project Leader or equivalent in the recruitment industry
- Experience in recruitment, selection, hiring, termination and salary calculation the full cycle/process
- Flexible for travel / relocation
- Able to entertain clients (Non-halal environment)
