Key Responsibilities
- Work to coordinate end to end delivery of key integrations and partnerships, from initial ideation to final solution delivery
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the business to plan and deliver key features and initiatives
- Establish project scope and delivery timelines to launch key partnerships, features and integrations
- Communicate regularly to manage stakeholder expectations throughout the development life-cycle
- Coordinate go-to-market initiatives across multiple internal teams such as sales, support, customer success and marketing
- Liaise closely with sales and commercial teams to build strong go-to-market strategies with our partners
- Work closely with product management and technical leaders to slice large projects into smaller tasks for engineering teams to deliver
- Participate in planning sessions, meetings, reviews and retrospectives across multiple development teams
- Keep up to date with latest small business trends and startup news
- Collaborate with product management and technical leadership team to scope realistic timelines and features
- Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to establish strategic partnerships and product integrations
- Communicates clearly and frequently to all key stakeholders
- Can manage multiple ongoing projects and partnerships
- Passionate about current and future technology and its impact on small businesses

- Collaborates closely with all business units to achieve end to end project delivery
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum a Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent
- At least 2 years as a Project Manager (IT Industry or equivalent)
- Experience working with software development teams building SaaS applications
- Have experience working in a SCRUM team with an understanding of how teams can be AGILE
- Familiar with tools like Trello and JIRA
- Good experience with accounting principles and compliance requirements for small businesses
