Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily change over activities and ensure process control is maintained
- Set up, change, and test mold operation
- Responsible in troubleshooting mold operation
- In charge of day to day machine operation status
- Strictly adhere the Safety aspects and perform routine inspection to ensure the system are operating ins safe and good condition
- Adhoc tasking related to plastic injection molding field
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum SPM and above
- 3 years of working experiences in plastic Injection molding with 1 year experience in Japanese company
- Have skills and full knowledge in the establishment of the ejection condition and trouble correspondence
- Understanding molding machine structure
- Handle the work instruction to operators
