Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in performing business-related research.
- Undertake special assignments and personal-related duties as specified by the CEO such as financial statements, tax filing.
- Assist in preparing Powerpoint presentation slides.
- To assist the CEO in personal-related matters.
- Outstation travel may be required for external meetings, events and functions.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary.
Skills & Experiences
- Preferably aged between 22-28.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- To provide support to the CEO on a daily basis and be contactable during non-office hours for urgent tasks.
- Comfortable working with numbers, checking accounts.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and in writing. Being able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
- Comfortable with young children.
- Must possess a Class D driving license, own vehicle and be comfortable driving vehicles other than their own.
- Must always be punctual, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A good eye for aesthetics for the purpose of creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Discreet and trustworthy.
- Presentable and neat.
- Able to cope in a fast-paced working environment.
