Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primarily customer service based support to End Customers via the Channels.
  • Accurately record each Contact and update End Customers cases into CRM platform and trackers platforms, following appropriate processes.  
  • Activate and engage with End Customers whilst providing accurate information of the End Customers issue at hand. 
  • Be familiar with all policy, processes, and product knowledge and escalation paths.  
  • Ensure End Customer issues and/or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate level, whilst ensuring follow through in all cases.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied. 
  • Performs all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes.

Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Min 1 year customer service experience
  • Native Thai and fluent in English
  • Willing to work in Malaysia & work according to shift hours
