Skills and Requirements

Bachelor Degree holder

Min 1 year customer service experience

Native Thai and fluent in English

Willing to work in Malaysia & work according to shift hours

Job Responsibilities

Provide primarily customer service based support to End Customers via the Channels.

Accurately record each Contact and update End Customers cases into CRM platform and trackers platforms, following appropriate processes.  

Activate and engage with End Customers whilst providing accurate information of the End Customers issue at hand. 

Be familiar with all policy, processes, and product knowledge and escalation paths.  

Ensure End Customer issues and/or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate level, whilst ensuring follow through in all cases.

Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied. 

Performs all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes.
