Native Korean Customer Service Executive (Travel)

Allowances: Unlimited KPI (depends on performance)

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any fields

Native Korean language & business level of English

Willing to work on public holidays and shift rotates (24x7)

Good command of Microsoft Office and typing skills

Job Responsibilities

To handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other inquiries for Korean customers.

To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

To be able to provide information related to travel and tours for customers convenient travelling.

To communicate with contracted vendors about customers inquiries and queries.
