Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Sales/Marketing or equivalent
Strong in MS Excel knowledge
Able to converse well in English Language
Meticulous, able to work under pressure
Possess good communication, both oral and written. Solid presentation skills.
Analytical, numerical and able to make decisions based on data derived.
Generate and analyse brands sales performance
Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of brand and inventory level to achieve optimum sales to inventory ratio
Lead the product selection for season buying and merchandize mix
Conceptualise, implement and evaluate marketing activities to promote brand, product and door awareness
Conduct brand and product orientation training to sales people
Keep abreast with new brands and trends in the market and observe competitors on their pricing and launch on new product lines
Communicates, coordinates and negotiates with principals and suppliers regarding brand direction, product-related issues, ordering and brand building support among others.
