Key Responsibilities
- Create media strategies for clients/brands to establish the goals and objectives, target audience, message, marketing/digital platforms in which the campaign should be delivered.
- Analyze the existing campaigns, reports and the latest media trends and suggest how to improve the clients' challenges
- You may be involved with a number of clients and/or brands at the same time, hence it is important to develop a good understanding and identify specific business needs for each brand/client.
- Developing and managing timeline
- Providing consultation and operation support for clients and ensuring that clients are getting the campaign delivery on schedule, meet the expectations and suggesting changes and improvements and analyzing the results
- Responsible in terms of campaign performance and optimization
- Provide comprehensive campaign reporting including performance summary, campaign learning with some evidence-based hypothesis and suggestions
- Pro-active in getting solutions with platform support team to ensure the efficiency of ad delivery, catching news for the new features/solutions and store the knowledge by testing them
- Including directing website maintenance, arranging influencers and planning and executing online campaigns as needed.
Skills & Experiences
- Min 2 years of experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other self-serve platforms
- Experience with professional analytics tools and analysis methods
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Willing to spend time for new knowledge acquisition
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
