Key Responsibilities

Maintaining master data records in SAP and Employee Address Book accurately and efficiently in full compliance with policies and procedures
Complying towards the delivery timelines and requirements stipulated in Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Handling the maintenance in SAP includes vendor and customer master data, trade customer credit limit and cost center approval hierarchy
Perform analytical and reporting activities accurately and efficiently to support the activities including provide the updated master records to Market, support master data cleansing activities.
Providing analysis on compliance status with Company's Corporate Policies, and statistics on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Providing good support to Market by developing basic/general knowledge of Market's business and operational needs, and provide sound advice on Master Data related matters to Market
Perform tasks related to Global / Local / ad-hoc projects assigned to Master Data team

Skills & Experiences

Minimum a Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience as Master Data Specialist or equivalent
Good knowledge in SAP (Accounting)
Substantial knowledge in using MS Office / GSuites
