Skills and Requirements

Key Skillsets:

Bachelors degree (ideal areas of study/related study include: Business Analytics and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Marketing)

2-3+ years of experience with marketing analytics

Familiarity in spreadsheeting and presentation software (eg. Excel, Powerpoint or Google Sheets, Google Slides)

Working knowledge in SQL

Knowledge in Tableau

Experience working independently on analytical tasks to build a story

Comfortable working with a team developing and presenting presentations using insights derived from analytics

Strong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills - Coordinate and project manage marketing campaigns with other teams, external partners, agencies, etc. Be an inspiration to your team and partners.

Data focused: ability to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze data, gain insights and provide market and competitive intelligence for the company as well as monitoring the KPIs and trends

Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Native or business level fluency for both)

Strong internal communications, project management and organizational skills

Action-driven, results oriented, attentive to details and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of responsibility and team work

comfortable working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment

User focused and product driven - strong understanding of product, tech and platform and audience

Fast learner - able to learn and understand the trading eco-system and product offerings and integrate the internal resources

Job Responsibilities

The role requires the candidate to help the marketing team optimize marketing investments using sophisticated analytic methodologies, by developing measurement pans and design experiments (eg A/B testing, incrementaily testing) for marketing campaigns. You will also be required to communicate with all stakeholders to collect, harmonize & review data, build models, interpret results and formulate key insights. Other responsibilities include:

Developing marketing campaign dashboards, reports, and presentations

Running simulations or optimizations for various types of investment planning scenarios

Ensuring statistical models and all deliverables are of high quality and meet the internal quality control guidelines

Driving analyses and insights that lead to more informed decisions and improved business performance

Working with team to continuously evolve our statistical methodologies and develop new ways of efficiently and effectively solving business problems

Collaborating with internal data engineering teams and business intelligence teams to help develop new tools and capabilities
