Skills and Requirements

Fresh graduates with Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent 

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malay 

Minimal knowledge in both traditional marketing (offline) and digital marketing (online)

Computer literacy with Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel 

Job Responsibilities

Job Summary:

1. Assist Marketing Manager in activities (Planning and Execution) within the marketing department

2. Brainstorm marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives 

3. Monitor competitor activities and overall marketing materials print, media ads, website and social media. 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Execute marketing campaigns and brand plans to establish and increase brand presence in the market such as media activities, branding events including road shows and product launches in line with company and HQ objectives

2. Responsible in developing promotional materials, including company brochure, flyer, menu booklet, product packaging, and other sales aids

3. Handling all customer service concerns on a daily operation basis via in-bound calls or social media pertaining to general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to company information and products and to share with related PIC

4. Managing company official Facebook page, Instagram account and homepage; plan, execute and analyze digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies, communications, plans and objective

5. To oversee projects and events from conceptualization till execution and preparing post-event reports

6. Monitor market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research/competitive analysis and work closely with R&D in new product development

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to execute tasks and requirements by his/her superior in his/her department (In-house photoshoot, marketing calendar overview, Monthly financial closing, marketing inventory check)
