Key Responsibilities
- Uses and manages social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and etc.
- Plan, create and execute content on Social Media Channel
- Manage client Social Media Channel by using Social media Listening tools and Social Media Analytics tools
- Understand about client's structure, challenges and problems to figure out a solution to help them
- Send project update to a client via email or via a telephone call
- Follow up items that require client's feedback
- Deliver online marketing materials, obtain approvals and collect feedback from clients
- Ensure client provide necessary material for production to meet and agree on the dateline
- Schedule up a new/additional project
- Create editorial Calendars and syndication schedules
- Strategizing the best Social Media solution to meet the client's objective and target
- Engage with Public Relation
- Interacting with 3rd parties selling the platform
- Conduct research on client product/services
- Writing post and schedule content
- Prepare job description/brief to ensure production team understand what is required from the client, and ensure that all materials as delivered on time
- Monitor page activity and analytics
- Prepare weekly / monthly report to update client
- Analyse report and provide relevant insight for a client to have better decision
- Reply and follow up on comment, inquiry and complaint according to specific client guideline and job scope
Skills & Experiences
- Good understanding of brand engagement, Social Media Tracking and Monitoring and Reporting, adequate knowledge of SEO will be a plus
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Experience working within the advertising/promotion industry is a great plus
