Key Responsibilities

Arrange delivery for manual delivery order/purchase delivery instruction order
Follow up with customers or email on orders via phone
Issue delivery order in West/manual system
Collect delivery order from the warehouse after stamp and sign
Shipment coordination with exporters/forwarding
Build relationship with customers

Skills & Experiences

Degree in Business or its equivalent
Good personality and attitude
Able to adapt to new task and challenges
Able to use basic MS Office
Able to work overtime and travel when required
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
