Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will be incharge of the business operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Summary: The position requires 2 functions, sales coordinator and administration.
  • Sales support such as assisting customer enquiry, prepare quotations, issuing invoices.
  • Order materials and equipment.
  • Manage stocks.
  • Arrange delivery and dispatch documents/ goods.

Skills & Experiences

  • Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration / related field 
  • Prefer to have an admin experience in a manufacturing industry
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office package 
  • Willing to travel to warehouse in Penang
