Skills and Requirements

3 - 5 years experience as a manager in Sales admin role

Able to travel in Malaysia (Penang and Johor)

Strong interpersonal communication skills with all levels of management and people

Strong project coordination and presentation & reporting skills

Experience liaising with distribution leaders

Good in Social Media(Facebook, Instagram, etc...)

Read and write in English & Mandarin fluently

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the support of Fordays sales activities

Support distributors/members sales activities, monitor sales orders, compile sales reports, plan and organize the necessary events to increase sales

Customer service. Close communication with key distributer/members

Plan and organize a list of events, seminars, conferences to get more people to know about Fordays business

Planning of activities also include creating of flyers and brochures

Learn and fully understand about Fordays products and marketing plan

Take ownership and responsibility to report daily sales progress and KPIs to Director

Social media updates - prepare and upload information (FB, website, Instagram, etc)

Administrative tasks (License renewal/Inventory control/Bonus payout)

Lead and support the Sales Administration officer
