Key Responsibilities
- Main job task is to be in charge of Fang & Pai Cross Border Inventory Management
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors from US, Indonesia and China
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure the best price and cost
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate and Ensure smooth delivery of stocks orders accordingly to timeline and turn-around time
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 5 years working experience Inventory Management/Demand Supply experience
- Strong negotiation and project coordination skill
- Strong interpersonal skill and confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate in mandarin to liaise with suppliers from China
