Key Responsibilities
- Contribute towards the achievement of company's sales & marketing strategic and operational objectives
- A.Management
- Manage the Company to achieve the performance in line with the requirement of the Company's Quality & Regulatory Compliance System (QRCMS)
- To ensure the company has in place a comprehensive Emergency preparedness and response plan and subject it to periodic review
- To guide and advise top management on Company management related matters
- To keep track of current affairs affecting the Company and to inform the MD & CEO of such matters
- B. Sales & Marketing
- Assist the Marketing Director in the formulation, implementation and execution of sales & marketing strategies and plans to achieve sales target in line with the established Company's QRCMS Policies
- Assist the Marketing Director / Managing Director & CEO in new product development and product introductory
- Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging and pricing strategy
- Ensure effective control of sales & marketing results, and initiate corrective action to ensure the achievements of sales & marketing objectives fall within the limit
- Preparation of sales & marketing activity reports, potential sales, client financial position and areas of proposed client base expansion to management
- Achieving satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset industry standards
- Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals
- Developing contacts with all major customers and new prospects
- C. Sales Administration Operation / Outsourcing
- Monitoring and analysing the current system of job order flow / production or provision to check its effectiveness, and working out a strategy for improvement if necessary
- Establish and maintain relationship with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Improve operational systems, practices and best practices that guarantee organisational well-being
- Access and oversee the customer credit clearance and payment monitoring
- D. Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs
- To establish, document, implement and maintain the QRCMS
- To perform other work related functions as assigned by MD & CEO
Skills & Experiences
- 5 years of working experience as a marketing manager
- Team management and strong leadership
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to service China Customers
- Analytical and able to identify the latest trend in the market
- Passion in the Condom / Latex Industry
