Key Responsibilities
- Managing the manufacturing operations (cutting and milling of steel pieces)
- On-site management of production, engineering, quality and staff
- Liaising with Chinese counterparts and reporting to the manager
- Acting on behalf of the Plant Manager as required.
- Liaising with office staff etc.
Skills & Experiences
- 5 years working experience in an automotive manufacturing (metalworking) plant
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Must possess a valid driving license (Company will provide a room in Ipoh, candidate will need to drive to office)
