Key Responsibilities

Handling AP tasks (internally and externally), via phone, email, portals, systems
Directly assists regarding all AR/Invoicing/account-related process matters
Contact clients to ensure extensiveness, precision and adequacy for all invoices
Review AR daily
Ensuring proper follow-up of the credit process
Attending requests related to re-invoicing, write-offs, credit notes, re-issuance of supporting documents and etc.
Manage all Purchase Order related matters, cost, etc.
Maintain accounts and log all outgoing disbursements
Responsible for paying all sales tax on appropriate invoices and making a note of each tax payment made
Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments
Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate

Skills & Experiences

Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in accounting / credit management or equivalent
Knowledge in SAP (Accounting)
Good knowledge / experience in Account Payable (AP), Account Receivables (AR), Debt collection and etc.
Fluent in Mandarin (Handling Hong Kong & Taiwan market)
Substantial knowledge in using MS Office / GSuites
