Key Responsibilities
- To handle legal issues arising within the Group of companies, both locally & overseas
- Review and provide legal advice on contract documents
- Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedure
- Preparation, review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
- To monitor and keep track of all legal & statutory records, files, agreements, etc
- To assist in the implementation of new policies, regulations, guidelines issued/addressed by the Governing Bodies or the law which are to be carried out by the Organization
- To responsible for highlighting and addressing to the relevant department when their agreement has lapsed and due for renewal
- To attend meetings and discussion with regards to company legal matters
Skills & Experiences
- Must possess recognized LLB (Hons) or higher
- Preferred 1 - 2 years of working experience in related field
- Work experience in corporate & commercial field is an added advantage
- Fresh graduate with strong exposure in areas (e.g. contract, agreement and etc) during chambering will be considered
- Pleasant personality and able to communicate with all level
- Able to work with minimum supervision, multi-tasking and meet deadlines
- Required language: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
