To assist advise, draft, review all contracts, internal and external correspondences
To assist research and to ensure matters are in compliance with the Malaysian laws and regulations
To assist liaise with external counsels
To assist liaise with other Head of Departments regarding any risks, contractual, compliance matters
To assist review and implement measures for smoother operation on daily matters
To report to manager on any, potential or existing, legal matters
Other tasks as per instructed
