Key Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough working knowledge of warranty policy guidelines and repair procedures
- Act as a warranty resource for dealers, warranty operations, and OEM personnel and answer general warranty enquiries as required
- Identify and report on any trends and ad hoc practices and advise dealers of cost-effective alternatives as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with the quality system
- Support Warranty report / or any related development as required
- Review warranty claims / prior approvals* in line with the warranty and policy guidelines
- Respond to and resolve any warranty claim / prior approval* enquiries, ensuring dealer awareness and compliance with warranty policy guidelines
- Follow up with dealers for reviewed claim submission
Skills & Experiences
- Automotive education background or experience
- Having technical knowledge about automotive products
- Experience in Warranty handling in a car dealership
- Good command in English both written and spoken
