Key Responsibilities

  • Summary: This is a global user support and help desk position for a major Japanese automotive manufacturer. 
  • Receives and responds to problems from factories using in-house system.
  • Responsible for taking secondary responses (tier2) to inquiries from end-users.
  • Escalation when the problem is still not resolved.
  • Creation of security guidelines.
  • Maintain and update user manuals, FAQs, and chatbots.
  • File record of problems and their solutions.
  • Follow up on issues.
  • Conduct training for new staff, etc.

Skills & Experiences

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluent in Japanese (N2 or relevant) and English
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
