Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage the process from internal procedures to the conclusion of contracts for recruitment-related services.
- Prepare job offers, media texts and scout e-mails, and discuss and revise their contents with recruiters and business units.
- Coordination of interview dates with applicants, communication of acceptance/rejection and handling of enquiries.
- Execute and manage the process from the preparation of offer letters to the conclusion of employment contracts for job offers.
- Providing information on employment documents and managing and reminding applicants of their submission status.
- Timely updating and management of the applicant management system (ATS).
- Other general HR and general administration related tasks.
Skills & Experiences
- Min 3 years working experience
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 & above) and business level English
- Able to ask and understand questions proactively in order to learn the job quickly
