Execute and manage the process from internal procedures to the conclusion of contracts for recruitment-related services.
Prepare job offers, media texts and scout e-mails, and discuss and revise their contents with recruiters and business units.
Coordination of interview dates with applicants, communication of acceptance/rejection and handling of enquiries.
Execute and manage the process from the preparation of offer letters to the conclusion of employment contracts for job offers.
Providing information on employment documents and managing and reminding applicants of their submission status.
Timely updating and management of the applicant management system (ATS).
Other general HR and general administration related tasks.
