Key Responsibilities
- Help in machine development or project scheduling control.
- Able to provide new idea in developing new machine function or new unit in mechanical design.
- Oversee new development project for mechanical design in order to achieve required Quality, delivery, cost and improvement.
- Help manager in setting groups policy and implementation.
- To help in communicate with CMI for technology transfer contents and scheduling (including machine transfer or system transfer).
- Able to improve groups process flow and provide appropriate improvement/solution.
- Fully communicate with CMI engineer regarding to technical issue.
- Able to provide suggestion to improve machine capability and reliability from time to time.
- To coordinate with other department for machine designing or process improvement.
- To help in setting groups target and implementation.
- Able to handle section's management issue and set plan for Engineer level.
- Able to solve group issues and to make sure all Engineers follow the set plan.
- Help in group's management issues and to train up engineers skill.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- Min 3 years working experience in mechanical field
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 & above), Mandarin, English and Malay
- Possess own transport
