Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting Japanese immigrants in obtaining visas, enrolling in international schools, setting up companies, introducing properties and creating web content
- Interacting with clients via email and online.
- You will be responsible for responding to enquiries and attending to clients as required (Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur).
- Manage the application process for MM2H and other types of visas, property viewings, asset management and maintenance.
- Updating English information on our website
- Updating of English information on the company website
- Researching and selling new partners and referrals.
- Work can be done online. However, you will be required to drive a car for attendance and other activities to achieve customer's requirements.
Skills & Experiences
- Min 2years experience in a real estate or immigration support role
- JLPT proficiency :N2 or above
- Possess own car in order to attend to clients
- Basic operating system skills and IT literacy
