Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative (E-Commerce Industry)

Job conditions

Allowances: Shift allowance RM13.60 will be paid every time for transport (applicable for work from office)

Annual leave: 15 days

Skills and Requirements

Excellent communication skill in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) & English 

Able to work on shift basis and public holiday

Provide e-commerce customer support via phone, email and online chat. 

Answer customer comments, enquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.
