Annual leave: 12 days in 1st Year of service (Initial 3 months: Maximum 3 days, 1 day / month)

Skills and Requirements

At least 2 years working experience in HR/Admin roles

Driving license needed

Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel,PPT)

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Japanese (N2 level and above) 

Job Responsibilities

Accounting / HR / Administration and its related activities in advertising business.

Daily report to relevant superior. (to native Japanese)

Secures financial information by completing data base backups.

Maintains financial security by following internal controls and generate sales by using account system (MYOB) and report to HQ Japan.

Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

Work with accounting consulting firm as necessary.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Follow up and chase client status with outstanding payment.

Update Media premises table, claim form and relevant documentations.

Create payroll data and submit to HQ Japan and accounting firm.

Conduct recruitment of any departments.

Prepare new staff requirement and programs.

Keep us office always at comfortable level.

Implement payment to suppliers as necessary.

Keep any contractual documents in order.  etc.
