What we would like from you:

5 to 7 years of relevant working experience

Strong Leadership Skills in leading the team and driving towards strong results

Resourceful in acquiring talent and in building the team

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and being able to perform administrative tasks on the system and applications

Experience with Data Visualization solutions, and programming languages such as .Net, C#, PHP, SQL and VB;

Hands-on development experience in any one of the market leading RPA platforms i.e. UIPath, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.

Superb trouble shooting skills- keep trying and finding new solutions

Demonstrated skill in delivering solutions that integrate commercial off-the-shelf products

Experience in working with Finance and Accounting stakeholders and understanding of Finance processes is an added advantage

What You Will Be Doing - Primarily

Provides leadership, technical direction and expertise to Technology team

Manage a team of Software Developers, mentor and grow team towards more innovative solutions

Work closely with Business Analysts and Consultants in delivering technology projects on time in full

Guide team to solutions and map technical solutions to business problems to create business value

Own Customer Service responsibility for technology services

Explores, understands enabling purposes of new technology in the context of finance and other business processes

Deliver training to Finance and Business users on technology enablement, coordinate technical training for tech team

Provide advisory on IT and technology related matters in relation to Robotic Process Automation (RPA), ERP implementation and Data Analytics.

Develop, implement and coordinate IT policies and procedures

Preserve IT assets, information security and control structure
