IT Project Consultant

Job Description

Full end to end system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement human capital management system for end-users
• Provide training & conduct user acceptance test (UAT) to end-users
• Provide support to end-users in troubleshooting technical problems and functional issues
• Perform application testing prior to customer release
• Prepare and track issue logs
• Liaise with the Sales Team/Development Team/ Customer Service Team to ensure timely deliveries for implementation of set-up/configuration/customization/post-software deployment of software
• Document project implementation and new/customized features for all parties affected internally and externally
• Report directly to Project Director/ Team Leader
• Handle any other projects or duties as delegated by the Management

Skills & Experiences

• Min Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Programming 
• Min 2 years of experience in IT Project Implementation
• Experience in using Microsoft SQL
• Good English business communication skills
