  • Overall:
  • Lead telephone team which is performing both customer support and outcall sales about JCL financial service.
  • Details:
  • Perform as a customer service specialist for inbound calls
  • Perform as an outbound sales call specialist
  • Let team to perform like you by supplying SOP, templates, and sharing your knowledge

Skills & Experiences

  • 2 years experience as a manager of inbound or outbound call team
  • 1 year experience as a customer support specialist
  • 1 year experience as an outbound call sales specialist
  • Not blacklisted nor having financial issue with CTOS/CCRIS
