Job Requirements

- Should be connected w/ large groups of people & has wide network connections

- Must be confident in recruitment

- With a great personality and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to unconventional ways of recruiting

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft & Google tools (eg. excel, sheets, etc)

- Work in a goal-driven environment, perform all tasks within the defined timeline, responsive even during off office hours

- Above average English communication skills

- Can communicate in Local Language

Technical Requirements

- Personal PC/Laptop

- Fast & reliable internet connection (needs to have a backup plan when experiencing latency issues)

- Skype & PayPal acc.

Job Responsibilities

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for the end-to-end process of recruiting (recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection & onboarding potential candidates). He/She will also help us develop and execute suitable recruitment strategies w/ our company.
