Job Responsibilities

1. Key Responsibilities:

1.1. Payroll

1.1.1. Handle full spectrum of payroll calculation inclusive allowances, overtime, deduction.

1.1.2. Ensure statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Levy to HRDF) are prepared and submitted on time.

1.1.3. Monitor employee movement and issuance of employees retirement, fixed term contracts, extensions, end of contracts, transfers, resignations and confirmation.

1.1.4. Maintain proper record related to Human Resources activities in HRIS inclusive of employee data, allowances, overtime administration and payroll processing timely and accurately.

1.2. Operation

1.2.1. Handle employee insurance-related matter

1.2.2. Issuance of employment letters and arranges pre-employment medical check-up for successful candidates.

1.2.3. Prepare monthly HR reports payroll report, movement report, overtime report, GHS report, MOHR survey and any other reports as required by Management.

1.2.4. Distribute and compile annual performance evaluation and timeliness. Assist in annual salary review, increment and bonus exercise.

1.2.5. Attend to employee queries relating to payroll matters, resolving employee grievances.

1.3. Others

1.3.1. Assist in utilities

1.3.2. Maintain and review job descriptions at regular intervals by updating them in consultation with the respective managers and job evaluation of employee.

1.3.3. Coordinate with Strategic HR on the Company HR initiatives.

1.3.4. To carry out any other duties/tasks required by superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
