Skills and Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management or related discipline.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, prior experience in managing Malaysia HR portfolio an advantage

Well-versed with local employment legislation

Familiar with Million and JustLogin HR System an advantage

Good command of written and spoken English

Meticulous, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to multitask and a great team player

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from creating the job description, posting the job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing to onboarding the new hires.

Managing an efficient system for personnel files to ensure the employee database is updated in a timely manner.

Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensure all statutory submissions and payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.

Oversee and managing the employees benefit administration such as leave administration, medical and insurance benefits, employee welfare and claims submission.

Work closely with the department heads to understand the employee training needs and managing the training administration and grant application.

Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercise, salary review and employee career progression update.

Review and streamline the HR processes and policy for continuous improvement.

Participate in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
