Annual leave: Non- Managerial Level : 14 Days | Managerial Level : 28 Days

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 9am -6pm

Skills and Requirements

1.Bachelor Degree in HR is preferred

2.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

3.Hands on experience with HR operations, well versed with the current HR practices and strong knowledge in Employment Act/ Industrial Relations Act and other employment statutory related

4.Multitasking, Responsive, Detailed and meticulous oriented, Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintaining and regularly updating the master database and record (personal file, personal database, annual leave medical leave, etc.) of each employee

2.Responsible for the administration of employee-related paperwork and all relevant coresspondence.

3.To initiate, plan, review & implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure HR practices are constantly benchmarked against best practice are implemented and to monitor its compliances and effectiveness

4.Responsible for payroll matters, i.e to collect attendance, and paymentsfor contribution

5.Responsible for recruitment matters i.e to source talents from respective platforms and go through the hiring process

6.Responsible for organising appropriate trainings for different employees

7.Responsible for disciplinary actions, keeping track of organisational charts, retention and resignation matters etc
