Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Operation, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercials.
- Drive the implementation and ensure compliance of all Quality, Safety and Operational procedures in the business
- Provide outstanding strategic business, sales, marketing, operational and financial leadership.
- Responsible for operations budgets, analyses plant daily/weekly/monthly spending to keep indirect and fixed cost within standards in order to meet/exceed financial goals.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budget to promote profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within a business, organization.
- Solve and prevent any production problem and/or abnormal happening.
Skills & Experiences
- Degree qualified in related field.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in food production and commercial operations.
- Demonstrated financial acumen including planning and cost control capabilities and proven experience of managing projects to budget.
- Experience in Supply chain, Demand & Forecasting planning activities.
- Strong leadership and ability to advise and share strategically.
