Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing department to research new steamboat flavours.
- Work with existing and new suppliers to source for the best ingredient.
- Ensure quality of the ingredients before the product is being manufactured.
- Assist in labelling of products.
- Conduct market testing to see whether the product is viable or not.
Skills & Experiences
- Possess any degree related to Food Science/Food Technology.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in food R&D
- Possess own transport, able to travel extensively between Malaysia, JB and sometimes overseas.
- Logical thinking & willing to learn.
- Strong communication skill in English & Mandarin.
