Job Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

Manage phones and maintain calendar appointments, calls, meetings, key projects and travel

Arrange conference calls, in-person meetings and offsite meetings

Submit and track expense reports

Coordinate travel arrangements and travel itinerary, including booking flights and accommodations

Attend calls and meetings as requested, providing detailed and accurate recaps of the discussion with follow-up steps

Maintain sales, project and staff roster documents

Closely work and communicate with internal departments and external clients to handle requests and disseminate information

Assist with ad hoc requests

Department Duties

Draft updates and reports as needed

Submit and manage requests to other internal departments

Analyse reports for available products and identify appropriate titles that meet client and sales criteria in order to maintain an accurate record of product to maximise the sales potential

Participate in discussions, learning from the team how to conceptualise and execute sales strategies

Work with internal departments to ensure deliverables are on time

Assist in the development of proposals, presentation materials and provide sales support as needed

Research trends, new content, and other business opportunities

Stay up to date on the industry marketplace

Other duties as assigned
