Skills and Requirements

At least 3-5 years of experience in Email Marketing management, content writing, planning and management

Proven track record in handling content project independently and experienced in working with well-known media's

Ability to work across diverse culture, and converse not only in English but also in a 2nd language, preferably Mandarin

Marketo certified is compulsory

knowledgeable on GA, GTM, SEMRush, Ahrefs, AMO, and other SEO tools

Data driven mindset and able to take action from data

Self-motivated, independent and strong team player

Identify target audience and grow our email list

Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns

Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features

Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes

Create email databases for lead generation

Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts

Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems

Proficiency in marketing automation technology, especially Marketo

Familiarity with analytical and database tools

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

Strong project management skills

An ability to work under tight deadlines

Job Responsibilities

Email marketing manager will take the lead with our email marketing strategies. At least 5 years of experience in email life-cycle journey, content writing, planning and management. Experience in dealing with Marketo is necessary. Preferable experience in investments and CFD space.

The candidate will have to develop and execute original content that will engage customers through email and improve email marketing strategy. This includes email newsletters, client lifecycle journey, acquisition, retention and promotional emails. The candidate will also have to review the journeys on a regular basis to improve the results.
