At least 1 to 2 year working experience in M&E Consultancy Working Experience
Asst Team Leader - performing preliminary planning, preparation of Design concepts and cost estimation.
Asst Team Leader - Liaise with external parties with regards to project related issues
Asst Team Leader - Technical interfacing, In contract administration.
Managing and tendering M&E contracts and preparing relevant documents, drawings, specifications, calculation and others.
Ensure timely implementation of all project phases
Assign and coordinate works with Drafters, Designers Engineers, clerk of works (if any)
Attend all necessary meeting, site inspection,testing and commissioning
To perform other duties as and when required by the management from time to time
