Skills and Requirements

Has minimum a Bachelor's degree in any academic discipline, and minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably from the higher education industry;

Able to work under pressure and diverse environment / working hour;

Must be able to speak and write in English and Chinese;

Disciplined and good in time management;

Flexible to travel as the job would involve regular local and international travelling;

Has a passion to deal with people from all walks of life;

Energetic and able to communicate confidently;

An independent, proactive and resourceful individual;

Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills;

Exceptional customer service skills;

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Job Responsibilities

To plan, organize, execute and review lead generation strategies and activities timely to generate sufficient quality local and international leads from all potential lead sources for continuous nurturing and harvesting over each sales cycle in each targeted country;

To plan, organize, execute and review both online and off-line promotional activities, events, exhibition, school visit, public presentation, webinar, digital promotional advertisement, promotional material recording / presence & etc. independently, nurture and harvest applications to meet or exceed aligned sales target and KPIs timely;

Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals;

Generate, analyze and review sales data, turn to improve performance gaps and maximize organizations ROI and revenues;

Meet and improve targeted Application to Enrollment conversion rate;

Responsible to gather information and update internal team from time to time;

Ensure that promotional materials are prepared as needed before events/fairs;

To build and sustain good positive rapport with key customers, such as feeder schools, principals, school counselors, teachers, sub-agents and all relevant potential lead sources, to ensure a continuous flow of revenue attainment and improvement;
