Key Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in our reporting and filling it in
- Collecting as much data from various sources and placing them into high-level dashboards for us to comprehend
- Investigate positive and negative trends in a wide array of business processes
- Develop new metrics/KPIs to assess the impact of our continuous efforts to improve our website
- Help develop analytical frameworks to support decision making in our marketing efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with scrum teams to coordinate, track and report on all the content initiatives and experiments that we run to meet our key results
- Propose ways to improve our experiments to get statistically significant results and accurate data
Skills & Experiences
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- 1 years of experience as a digital analyst
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Yellowfin/Adobe)
- Experience in statistics and creating automated dashboards
- Experience in manoeuvring Google Data Studio and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SQL with a side of R (Python) to create queries from the database and visualize it
- Excellent English communication skills
