Skills and Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent;

Experienced in customer support of any system would be an advantage.

Possess excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and reporting skills;

Hardworking, able to multi-task, resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency;

Able to work independently with minimal supervision;

Willingness to learn, responsible, hardworking, team players and honest.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to support customers on issues relating to usage of Epicor ERP System.

Track and follow up closely with technical and customer on the status of outstanding issues.

Able to troubleshoot and advice customers on the System settings.

Attend to inquiries and provide assistance to the customers.

Respond internal and external inquiries on the System configuration.
