Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 11am - 8.30pm
Ability to resolve complaints, research and resolve problems with Wellness Advocate orders promptly and courteously.
Able to respond on member concerns in professional manner.
Multilingual abilities in Malay, English & Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Attend to walk in, inbound phone call enquires and email replies
Communicate effectively on customers enquiries
Support related events
Provide clerical and administrative support to management office if needed
Perform warehouse duties (receiving and inspection of goods into warehouse and stock take) if needed
Perform any duties as assigned by the Manager
