Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries through calls, emails & chat from Customer on Client products and services.
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfil customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding products and services listed above
Resolve customer issues via emails/chat resolution guidelines and/or escalated process via communicating in native English language.
Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
Maintain a balance between policy and customer benefits in decision making
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
Responsible for customer detail compiling
