We are expanding! Spinalive Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Centre is seeking for a full-time Customer Care Executive to be part of our every growing family. Your role as a Customer Care Executive will be to represent the brand professionally, courteously and with a smile! This requires good manners and a willingness to engage and communicate with the patient to passionately explain our services and packages.

Candidate Requirements:

Both Fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Proficient in English. Mandarin is a plus (Oral and Written).

Must be confident when speaking with a desire to engage with patients.

Customer service oriented-mindset when dealing with patients.

Responsible, diligent, and strong willingness to learn and improve with a positive attitude.

Well-groomed in presentation and appearance.

Able to work and collaborate as a team.

Have good motivation and a strong interest in the Customer Care industry.

Able to multi-task and possess time-management capabilities.

Ability to work flexibly hours during weekends and on public holidays, if required.

Flexibility to transfer or relocate to another branch based on schedule, if required.

Working Schedule (Shift-Based):

Monday - Friday : 9.00am-8.00pm

Saturday & Sunday : 8.00am-6.30pm

Required to fulfill 45hours per week

Job Responsibilities

Job scope (Training Provided):

Shape the patient experience in a positive manner through direct customer interaction, phone, email, and via corporate social media.

Engage and educate patients to ensure patient satisfaction by assisting them with health and rehabilitation enquiries.

Manage patients appointment and payment channels.

Assist in clerical and administrative work.

Conduct the job scope in a professional manner.

Willing to learn and improve to achieve thorough product knowledge on the brand, process, and services.
