Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and overseeing environmental, social and corporate governance policies and procedures;
- Responsible for carrying out corporate services activities such as reviewing of policies, compliances, legal matters and departmental SOPs within the group of companies;
- Provide relevant information and preparation of reports as required by CEO and the Board;
- Manage the administration department and corporate admin executives. Support daily administration activities for the group of companies;
- Represent the company on internal and external matters, including negotiations, conventions, seminars, and public relation matters;
- Responsible for overseeing the formulation and implementation of policies;
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing events and company function;
- Undertake measures to evaluate business risks associated with physical security, data protection acts, contract & project matters, and other risk areas concerning the business;
- Whenever necessary, carry out audit and inspection to assess risks associated with the business;
Skills & Experiences
- Master/Degree in relevant field such as corporate finance, economics, business, legal and accounting
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Legal & Compliance
- Experience validating contracts and conducting due diligence checks with external suppliers
- Fluent in English and Malay, Mandarin
