Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience and above in both litigation and conveyancing fields

Experience handling Subsale Agreement, Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentations, Tenancy Agreement Lease, and other conveyancing files up until completion

Experience handling Projects, responsible for liaising with Developers, Clients, Bankers, and Lawyers

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and can work under pressure

Job Responsibilities

Candidates must have good attitude, confident and be able to handle multi-tasks

Able to converse in English and Malay. (Mandarin will be an added advantage)

Be able to start work immediately / short notice
