Skills and Requirements

At least 3 years of working experience

Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude and multi-tasking

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field will be advantage added

Job Responsibilities

To handle all conveyancing matters from preparation of SPA and loan documentation.

Independently handling sale and purchase files from beginning to end.

Handle conveyancing matters including sub-sale, loan documentation & real-property projects.

Corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, developers, bankers, law firms and various government agencies.

Preparing status report and executing other tasks assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Quality-focused and attention to details.
